Taylor Williams, MS, LPC
Taylor is a seasoned Therapist who specializes in treating individuals with Anxiety Issues and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and helps them learn how to untangle these issues from their lives.
Taylor also treats individuals struggling with depression, family conflict and relationship issues, parenting stressors, and pregnancy and postpartum challenges,
How Taylor Works
Taylor practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-based CBT (I-CBT) for the treatment of anxiety and OCD.
She is also skilled and trained in Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
Taylor’s Approach
Taylor is passionate about helping people get “unstuck,” and learn how to hit “pause” on repetitive and unhelpful (or harmful) cycles in their lives.
With a personalness and compassionate approach, Taylor’s goal is for individuals to leave each session noticing parts of themselves they’d forgotten, and with a sense of insight and access to tools that actually make life a bit more easier (and a bit more theirs).
