Lisa Wright, MSW, MAT, LCSW
Lisa has been in practice for 21 years. While she works with many individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, she proudly specializes in treating and helping people get free from obsessions and compulsions (OCD).
She also treats anxiety issues such as panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, and generalized anxiety. She really likes to help people get free from these things.
How Lisa Works
Lisa practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-based CBT (I-CBT) for the treatment of anxiety and OCD.
She also has specific experience working with those who are recovering from brain injury.
Lisa’s Approach
Lisa is solutions-focused and will guide you in establishing goals for your time in therapy and will revisit them throughout treatment as you make progress.
In addition to her Master of Social Work, she holds a Master of Arts in Theology; for those who are interested, she practices faith-integrated psychotherapy.
Lisa’s desire is for you to feel empowered with hope at the end of the therapy session. By holding hope, along with using the specific tools and strategies that you learn in therapy, you will be able to take life-changing steps.
