Kallie Weaver, M.Ed, NCC, LPC

How Kallie Works

Kallie uses proven therapy methods to treat Anxiety and OCD, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-based CBT (I-CBT).

For trauma, Kallie uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting (Level 1 trained). These approaches help people process past pain and trauma, release stuck emotions, and heal.

Kallie specializes in helping those struggling with Anxiety Issues and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and teaching them how to untangle these issues from their lives.

Anxiety issues include panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalized anxiety. She also treats Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), such as skin-picking and hair pulling.

Kallie also has specific experience helping people recover from trauma, chronic stress, and trauma from high-controlling religious communities.
