Grace Gillenwater, LCSW, MSW
How Grace Works
Grace is a graduate of the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), an intensive and prestigious training course for mental health professionals who treat those with OCD and Anxiety Issues.
Grace is skilled in helping individuals through providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) as well as Mindfulness.
Grace’s Approach
Grace’s demeanor is warm and engaging. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process. Her goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered, in order to work together toward meaningful change.
Grace values creativity in therapy and ensuring that the treatment goals align with your unique needs and goals.
She enjoys helping people discover the pathway for how to get free from OCD, Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression, and then getting to walk alongside her clients as they take that journey and grow.

Grace is a licensed mental health therapist and counselor who specializes in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, and Depression.
Grace also has extensive experience working with individuals who are in crisis, as well as those struggling with chronic medical illness.
She also has been trained in treating those with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB’s), such as hair-pulling and skin-picking.
