For Churches
Are you a church who wants to engage your congregation in conversation
related to the intersection of theology and psychology,
and to explore themes related to the connection between mental health, the Bible, and Christian worship/liturgy?
Lisa is Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about engaging churches in conversation related to mental health, the Bible, and the Christian faith.
In addition to her Masters in Social Work, Lisa took the “Texas Seminary Tour.” She began her Seminary journey at Truett Theological Seminary (at Baylor University), furthering some of her degree at Seminary of the Southwest, and then completing it through Fuller Theological Seminary (Houston campus).
As the wife of an Episcopal Priest, and having grown up in evangelical church settings, Lisa has experience with a wide variety of church worship styles, and a deep appreciation for the connection and integral relationship between our ways of worship, the Bible, and our own mental health.
